All fees in US dollars. Travel is additional. These proposed fees take effect only when adopted and included in a written agreement.
Workshop fees cover one facilitator and up to 40 participants. Larger groups, additional facilitators, or substantial new curriculum require a separate quote. Hosts provide printing, venue, meals, and audiovisual equipment.

Standard preparation includes adapting existing material to your audience. New research, extensive interviews, additional sessions, and separate written reports are quoted in advance.
Consulting produces an organizational assessment or plan. Coaching provides ongoing guidance and accountability as leaders put decisions into practice. On site consulting and coaching are quoted separately.
Booking and ministry access
Start with a complimentary 20 minute discovery call. Event and consulting bookings require a signed agreement and a 50 percent deposit, applied to the total fee; the balance is due 7 days before the event or at the agreed project milestone. Coaching is billed monthly in advance.
Travel, lodging, ground transportation, and meals are quoted separately and approved before booking. Cancellation, rescheduling, recording permissions, and use of materials are specified in the agreement. No additional work is billed without approval.
A limited number of reduced fee engagements may be available for smaller churches, underserved communities, and international ministry partners. Please discuss your budget during the discovery call.
