Pastor Coaching through Lonnie Arnold, LLC offers a confidential, gospel-centered space for leaders who carry the weight of division, conflict, and change. I work with pastors who know unity matters, but feel stuck between theological conviction, congregational fears, and the practical limits of their time and energy.

In one-on-one coaching, I help you name the specific pressures you face-board dynamics, racial tensions, denominational expectations, or personal fatigue-and then connect those realities to a clear, biblical vision for your ministry. Together, we discern practical strategies for leading change: how to preach on unity without polarizing your people, how to address race honestly, how to build partnerships with other churches, and how to care for your own soul in the process. Each session ends with concrete next steps, not just inspiration.

For leaders who benefit from shared learning, I also offer Small Group Pastor Coaching. These coaching cohorts bring a handful of pastors together to wrestle with similar challenges in a structured, yet relational environment. I guide the group through focused conversations on topics such as collaborative ministry, conflict navigation, and building multiethnic momentum, while leaving space for candid questions and prayer. Pastors gain not only my counsel, but also peer encouragement and accountability.

Because my background spans law enforcement, multiethnic pastoral ministry, and denominational leadership, I understand how issues of race, authority, and theology intersect in real congregations. Coaching with me gives you a seasoned guide who has walked through similar tensions and learned how to make the invisible gospel visible in divided spaces.
