Public Speaking

My public speaking ministry exists to do more than stir emotions; it is crafted to reorient how leaders think, pray, and act around Christian unity and reconciliation. Drawing from years of preaching, pastoring multiethnic congregations, and leading the Racial Reconciliation Network, I offer keynote addresses that are inspirational, informative, and genuinely transformational for churches and conferences.

The core of my Christian Unity Keynote is simple: Jesus did not treat unity as optional. I walk leaders through the biblical mandate for visible oneness, exposing how division undercuts the credibility of the gospel, and then lay out practical pathways for change. Attendees leave with a clearer theology of unity, a renewed hope that God can heal deep wounds, and concrete first steps for their own context.

Alongside that, I offer a Racial Reconciliation Address that speaks candidly and pastorally into the realities of race in the Church. I bring my experience as an African American man, a retired police sergeant, and a leader in diverse church traditions to help audiences name hard truths without losing sight of grace. This address provides biblical framing, historical awareness, and specific practices that help congregations move from silence or confusion into honest, redemptive engagement.

For gatherings focused on mission, I deliver a Collaborative Ministry Vision keynote. Here I paint a picture of what it looks like when churches in a city function as one body-sharing responsibility for neighborhoods, coordinating outreach, and supporting one another's strengths. I provide simple frameworks that leaders can adapt immediately.

Event organizers gain a speaker who connects theology to lived reality, honors diverse perspectives, and calls God's people to a hopeful, actionable vision of unity that can reshape an entire region over time.
